the staff were happy to assist with each inquiry. the doorman and valet were very cute. the rooms were super clean and had everything i needed.
the bathroom was small. there was no counter space, and the toilet seemed like one in a workplace. the bathroom door would not stay closed , and it hit the nightstand when opened.

The hotel boasts a VERY central location near Newbury Street, a great convenience. My suite felt clean, spacious and quite comfortable . The staff members all offered really good service that I found excellent.
The bathroom design felt a little cramped. THE counter space was minimal and posed a challenge for organizing toiletries.

The front desk staff offered prompt assistance with luggage. The doormen were consistently friendly and provided umbrellas during rainy weather. Turndown service included fresh bottled water and replacement of used towels.

The hotel has a superb location. It allowed easy access to numerous attractions and dining options. The hotel is located close to Newbury Street and several key landmarks. Public transportation hubs are also a short walk away.

the staff were very friendly and helpful. the location was also quite good, near shops and restaurants. i found the room very clean. the bed provided a comfortable sleep.
the bathroom was small, i noticed. counter space was minimal, posing some inconvenience. the room i had felt a bit dated, affecting the overall experience. noise from the elevator was audible in my room.
